I studied filters coutertop my old conked out (that I bought for 69.99). I finally on this company and had nothing but a problem of the IMT-go. The first unit they sent me all the parts and the inverter to avoid linking the valve head with thread, so do not you stick in. The second was for me, with pipe about 2 feet more than I needed but it was together and it went well. Then, just yesterday(March 5, 2010) was the bypass valve, and splashing water everywhere now. I purchased the unit in the 09 November. Then I returned to the scene to search for parts, but they do not tell if you have a 1 / 4 "converter or 3 / 8" converter was so detailed that you can not find on the site, and I waiting to hear back from them. I feel like I spend the $ 150 and I'll probably start looking for a replacement again. Meanwhile ….. I buy bottled water. How frustrating.
